Our handyman services are billed at $90 per hour with a two-hour minimum per visit.
This means that any service call — whether the work takes 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 hour and 45 minutes — will be billed for a minimum of 2 hours ($180 total).
If the customer provides the materials, our team will assemble and install them on site as part of the scheduled service.
Should any additional materials be required to complete the work, the time spent acquiring those materials will be billed at our standard hourly service rate of $90 per hour.
To help minimize costs, customers are encouraged to provide all necessary materials prior to our arrival. However, if unforeseen materials are needed during the job, our technician will procure them as efficiently as possible, and the time involved will be included in the total service hours.
Payment for handyman or repair services is due upon completion of the work.
If a project extends over multiple days, a compounded invoice covering the total labor and materials will be issued, and payment will be due upon completion of the full task.
For larger projects, Ukrainian Restoration may provide a fixed project price prior to the start of work. In such cases, a 50% deposit is required to secure the project and begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
All invoices are itemized for transparency and reflect labor, materials, and any additional services provided during the course of the project.
